Community Guidelines
Effective June 25, 2026 · Version 3
These are the rules for using Roohbrew. They are part of our Terms of Service. We may act on violations — including removing content, removing events, suspending or terminating accounts, and, when serious, contacting law enforcement. What we do, including whether we take action on any report, is at our discretion.
Rules of conduct
Behavior at events. No harassment, no bullying, no intimidation, no hate speech, and no discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic. No sexual harassment, no unwanted advances, no threats, and no violence.
Lawful use. No illegal activity, no illegal drugs, no fraud, no scams. No selling or soliciting at gatherings. Roohbrew is not a marketplace for goods or services beyond the gatherings themselves.
Honesty. Use your real name and age. One account per person. Describe events and contributions truthfully. Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Showing up. Bring or make what you committed to bring or make, and arrive when you said you would. If you cannot make it, cancel in time. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to suspension.
Adults only. At this stage of Roohbrew, events are for adults 18 and older. Do not bring minors to events. Anything that sexualizes or endangers a minor is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
Alcohol and substances. Roohbrew does not provide, manage, or supervise alcohol or any other substance. Furnishing alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age is prohibited.
Pets and animals. If an event is not indicated as open to pets, do not bring an animal. If you bring an animal, you are solely responsible for it and for any harm it causes.
Contributions. Disclose known allergens and ingredients honestly. Roohbrew does not inspect or approve contributions, and does not review contribution lists for content. If you consume or use something someone else brought, use your own judgment.
Reporting and emergencies
If you are hurt, in danger, or witnessing something serious, contact emergency services first. We cannot respond in real time. For anything less urgent, report what happened through the Service or by writing to us at roohbrew.admin@gmail.com.
Roohbrew is a small team. We may not review every report immediately, and you may not hear back on a specific report. What we do, including whether we take action, is at our discretion.
Updates
We may update these Guidelines as Roohbrew evolves. The Effective date at the top of this page will reflect the current version. For material changes, we will try to let you know through the Service or by other reasonable means.
